R.O.W. (right of way) Mowing Division Crew Leader:

Summary: The job of a Crew Leader is to oversee litter and mowing operation crews. Safety signs are to be hung upon arrival to the jobsite to establish a work zone. Once a work zone is established the Crew Leader is to advise crews of their daily job, and oversee the morning maintenance routine. The Crew leader is to handle any and all issues should they arise. It is the job of the Crew Leader to record daily records and time sheets. Prior to the end of each shift they are to report to their Manager on their daily progress and to receive instructions for the next day.

  • High school diploma Preferred
  • Valid Driver’s license required
  • Must pass Dot Physical
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be flexible with schedule
  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends and out of town as needed

Lawn Care Technician

The technician will provide service to residential and commercial customers by making lawn/tree/shrub applications. Selling/up-selling services to new and/or existing customers, resulting in growth of customer base. The technician will be responsible for following the provided route and ensuring their work is done within the goals set each day. The technician is required to have a valid driver’s license. The technician will be the face of the company and has a responsibility to look presentable and be effective when talking with customers. This person must be able to obtain a State Pesticide License, individuals not licensed will be provided study material.

Landscape Designer & Sales Account Manager

We are currently seeking a Landscape Designer/Sales Account Manager to assist in our rapidly growing landscape divison.

Key Responsibilties and Accountabilities:

  • Meet with residential and commercial clients from both marekting lead and self prospecting.
  • Property take-offs
  • Create and Present design projects
  • Estimate and prepare bids
  • Select materials for projects
  • Work with installation crews to ensure landscape is to standards and completed within budget
  • Follow-up with clients for customer satisfaction, add-on projects, maintenance projects
  • Meet or exceed yearly sales goals
  • College degree or equivalent experience in the industry
  • Experience using AutoCAD software or equivelant
  • Horticulture Knowledge
  • Experience measuring and estimating projects
  • Must have excellent customer service and project management skills
  • Must be goal driven

Landscape Production Manager

We are currently seeking a Production Manager within the landscape operations department. This person will be required to oversee all day- to- day operations aspects of the business; forecast labor and product requirements; and supervise crew members, work schedules and job duties to ensure adequate services are rendered to all areas. The production manager will act as a link between the landscape field operations and the designers and account managers. In addition, the production manager will conduct labor and safety training and perform inventory control.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Pre-plan all jobs with detailed schedule of all phases of project.
  • Manage complete production and labor for jobs
  • Manage tools, equipment, and all capital assets
  • Ensure division operates safely and efficiently at all times
  • Perform administrative tasks, and ensure jobs adhere to budgets
  • Build effective working relationships with clients and all team members
  • Hire, train, manage, and develop employees while also completing performance reviews on team members
  • Ensure the vision and direction of the division is in alignment with company’s core values
  • Lead by example to create mutual respect between the employees, customers and the community
  • High School diploma required
  • Valid Driver’s license required
  • Minimum 2 year degree in horticulture or related field OR 4 years of experience in general lawn & landscape field
  • 2 years in supervisory role
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Motivates others and provides leadership to accomplish team goals
  • Takes ownership of projects
  • Prudently manages resources within budgetary guidelines according to company policy and within ethical corporate governance guidelines.
